03/07/2010: Chrissy is one very beautiful and very smart little cairn girl who was owner-surrendered to a shelter recently. From there, Camp Lone Star Rescue came to her aid and brought her into one of their foster homes.
Chrissy is 3 years old and weighs 12 lbs. She's a very feminine and well-mannered little girl in our short experience of her. In CLSR's care, she has been brought up-to-date on shots and has been dewormed. She also recently had a dental and has been microchipped. Chrissy tested heartworm negative, and receives both flea and heartworm preventatives on a monthly basis. She is also spayed.
So far, Chrissy seems to be a very good-natured and mild-mannered little girl! She gets along well with the other dogs here. Her attitude toward them is a tiny bit alpha as she is a confident little one, but never aggressive. Her other skills include being crate- trained, leash-trained and housetrained.
Chrissy LOVES to play with a ball or a small Cuz toy! She pretty much entertains herself with one as she romps all around with it! :) She also likes to toss and destuff the stuffed toys. When she's not doing those things, she enjoys following her foster parents around and supervising them. Or cuddling with them up in the big red recliner.
Would you like to be loved by this pretty little girl? If you would, please go to www.camplonestarrescue.org where you'll find her picture and a way to apply for the pleasure of her company.
