How do you spell sweetness? M-E-L-A-N-I-E !!! How do you spell snuggle bunny? M-E-L-A-N-I-E !!! :)

Miss Melanie was surrendered to a kill shelter by her former owner, but swiftly rescued from there by Camp Lone Star Rescue. She's a 9-year-old bundle of amiable cairn- ness! In our care, she's been brought up-to-date on her shots, been heartworm tested (she's negative), had her teeth cleaned, and been dewormed. She's also spayed, and on heartworm preventative and flea preventative.

When not snuggling in your lap or beside you, Mel likes to follow you around and supervise you. If you stop moving and sit at a desk, then she will make herself comfortable at your feet until you move again. She's a very, very mellow companion girl! And very adaptable to you and your environment.

Miss Melanie also likes to occasionally check the floors for any type of bug or small critter movement. She's quite the avid bug hunter! She doesn't play with toys very much, but she is always one of the first ones at your feet should you rattle the treat package. :)

Melanie walks well on lead, is housetrained and crate- trained. She is very obviously someone's well-trained former companion cairn and she's now looking for a new loving home through no fault of her own. Might you have a place in your home and heart for this sweet girl? If so, please go to www.camplonestarrescue.org where you'll find the way to apply for her company. Melanie says, "Thank you for being interested in me!"
